To move inside the image, HOLD DOWN your left mouse button and drag the cursor in the direction you wish to move. The two-arrow icon appears as you move around the image to indicate the direction of movement.

You can also always zoom with plus key and minus key.
Hint: The cursor drives the image slowly if held near the center of the picture. The closer the cursor gets to the edge of the picture, the faster the image moves.
